I bought this product from the Lifeline store on recommendation of a staff member. I was advised to take it with milk at night. I like the product as it helps me relax to sleep. I get up feeling energized and well rested. I don't like the taste as much but its okay because the product is working for me. I also noticed that I have higher energy levels during the day. I hope it keeps working like this.
