Shipping and returns
If your order total is under $70, shipping is a flat rate of $10. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $70. Please give us 1-3 days to prepare and package your product. After your order is processed for shipping, an email will be sent to you.
Items that are backordered or out of stock
If one or more items are backordered or out of stock, we will do one of the following:
- Send you an email with the timeline for the product arrival. You can decide if you would like to hold your order or cancel it.
- We can also offer you a store credit which can be used for future purchases with Lifeline Natural.
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase in person at our physical Cambridge store or by mailing the product back to us.
How do I return ?
The fastest way to return a product is in person at our Cambridge store location. It should be in an unopened, sealed condition. You can also choose to ship the product back to us within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. If you have encountered any quality issues, please call us at 519-267-5831 and one of our team members will assist you. Your online order confirmation can be used as proof of purchase. We encourage you to call us before you choose to return a product. Our customers are important to us. We will try to resolve the situation and provide a solution.
